2:47 a.m. And you’re awake again
Sometimes it isn’t the hot flashes. For many in perimenopause and menopause, it’s being wide awake at night and unable to get back to sleep. Sora Ori was created for that moment.
Why Sora Ori
I'm a biologist. For years I studied how the body works — and then perimenopause happened to me, and all that training didn't make 2:47 a.m. any easier.
I didn't want something to take before bed and hope for the best. I wanted something for that exact moment — awake, restless, reaching for anything that might help. When I couldn't find it, I built it myself: roasted buckwheat, rooibos, lemon balm, and sage, chosen for what the research says about each one.
Sora Ori means, in spirit, a return — to rhythm, to rest, to yourself. This is what you reach for at 2:47 a.m.
